  • Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking Indian dishes for large-scale service.
  • Handle bulk preparations including gravies, curries, rice, breads, and snacks.
  • Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and cooking methods to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Manage mise-en-place and ensure timely readiness for service.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory levels for assigned section and inform seniors of requirements.
  • Assist in training junior commis and kitchen helpers.
  • Coordinate with service teams for smooth operations.

Salary Range

  • Will be discussed after Trade Test and Interview

Experience Required

  • 2 to 4 years

    in Indian cuisine, with exposure to bulk or banquet cooking.
  • Experience in industrial catering, hotels, or large-scale restaurants preferred.

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or relevant culinary training.
  • Candidates with strong Indian bulk cooking experience may be considered without formal qualifications.
