Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis 1 (Continental & Indian) at The Wave Goa. The Commis 1 will be responsible for day-to-day food preparation, cooking, and maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen. The role will involve assisting in the preparation of dishes following established recipes and guidelines, keeping the work area clean and organized, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations. This role is located in Goa, India.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Strong knowledge of Culinary Skills, particularly in Continental & Indian cuisine
• Hygiene and food safety understanding
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Relevant culinary education or certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
