We’re Hiring: Commis Chef (Continental Cuisine) – Cinema Operations

What You’ll Do

✨ Prepare Continental dishes following standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines

✨ Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations

✨ Ensure all ingredients and stock items are stored under optimal conditions

✨ Deliver food orders efficiently while maintaining consistent quality

✨ Maintain cleanliness and care of kitchen equipment and utensils

✨ Report any anticipated stock shortages to the Sous Chef or Head Chef

✨ Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

✨ Participate in training to enhance skills and culinary knowledge

What We’re Looking For

✔ Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)

Continental cooking

✔ Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills

✔ Good organizational abilities

✔ Understanding of portion control and basic cost awareness

✔ Experience not required — freshers welcome!
