Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior chefs in preparing and presenting food items as per standard recipes.
  • Perform basic kitchen duties such as chopping, peeling, cutting, marinating, and cooking support.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
  • Follow food safety protocols and company-standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain proper storage of food ingredients and assist in inventory control.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
  • Minimize food wastage and support cost-effective kitchen practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification:

    12th Pass (Senior Secondary)
  • Preferred:

    Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts (not mandatory)
  • Experience:

    0–1 year in a similar role; freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Skills Required:

  • Basic culinary knowledge
  • Good hygiene practices
  • Teamwork and discipline
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
