Job Title: Commi 3 (Continental Kitchen)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining high hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen.
Support in ensuring consistency in taste, portion, and presentation of dishes.
Help manage stock and ingredients efficiently under the supervision of senior chefs.
Follow kitchen protocols and assist in day-to-day operations as required.

Requirements:

Degree in Hotel Management.
Completed industrial training in a professional kitchen (preferably Continental cuisine).
Ability to work independently when needed and manage time effectively.
Punctual, committed to kitchen schedules, and eager to learn.
