Role and responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients for continental dishes, including slicing, dicing, and marinating.
• Follow recipes and instructions to cook and plate food items as directed.
• Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes such as pasta, grills, sauces, soups, and salads.
• Ensure proper portion control and food presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying senior chefs of shortages.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Provide support to senior chefs during busy hours.
• Participate in training sessions and learn new recipes and skills as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:

   Minimum 12th pass. A diploma or degree in a culinary-related field is preferred.

• Experience:

   6 months to 1 year
