Job Description – Continental Chef (Cold Section / Sandwich ) Responsible for preparing high-quality cold kitchen items including sandwiches, salads, wraps, canapés, and cold platters. Ensure proper mise-en-place for the cold section and maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation. Handle Garde Manger operations such as cold cuts, dressings, sauces, dips, and salad preparations. Maintain freshness, hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients as per food safety standards. Check stock levels, assist with inventory, and report shortages timely. Coordinate with the hot kitchen and other sections during high-volume service. Ensure strict adherence to portion control and Theos’ quality standards. Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and follow all kitchen SOPs and safety guidelines. Support CDP/DCDP with daily operations, menu preparation, and new dish trials when required.
