Key Responsibilities : Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking according to recipes and menu specifications. Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients. Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and special tasks. Qualifications : Previous experience in a kitchen, preferably in a similar role. Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Team player with excellent communication skills. Work Conditions : Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate duty.
