Job Description

To enable the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of sales activities and in some cases a

near link with logistics, and financial operations across EMEA & APAC regions by providing

high-quality administrative support, ensuring process consistency, and enhancing cross-

functional collaboration that drives commercial performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Order Offer Creation:

- Support EMEA & APAC with Manual offer and order creation

- Validation of internet offers and orders

- Upload offers, orders or invoices on the customers portal

- Maintain and update sales record in CRM

- Support Sales Reporting, metrics dashboards and pipeline tracking.

- Analyze and follow up on support activities as per decided KPI .

  • Order Processing: Ensuring that orders are entered correctly to ensure customer

satisfaction after the receipt.

  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate customer records, sales data, and other

commercial information in CRM or ERP systems.

  • Administrative Support: While some administrative tasks are involved, these are

usually more complex or process-driven than basic clerical duties (e.g., managing

customer accounts, handling specific documentation for commercial deals).

  • Support any new activities that have a near link with a (new) commercial process.


  • A significant part of their role involves liaising with various departments/Teams ( like

sales, finance, logistics etc.) to ensure commercial projects/tasks are fulfilled,

issues/queries / questions are resolved, and information flows seamlessly.

  • CSS bridges gaps between different functions to ensure a cohesive commercial

experience.

Customer Relationship Support

Activities

  • While not always a direct customer-facing sales role, they often contribute to

customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely processing of requests,

resolving issues, and providing necessary information

  • Expecting CSS to act with a customer centric approach.
