Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Research Associate to support our sales and business development team. This role is critical in driving our outreach campaigns and ensuring our sales pipeline remains strong.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify target companies across industries.
Maintain and update prospect data in an organized format (Excel/CRM).
Ensure accuracy, validity, and freshness of data through regular checks.
Work closely with the sales team to align on targeting criteria and improve lead quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation / sales research / data mining.Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn, Contactout, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, or similar platforms.
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs.
Detail-oriented with excellent data accuracy and verification ability.
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results consistently.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in the recruitment or HR-tech domain.
Understanding of B2B sales processes.
