Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Director - Commercial Strategy at our company, you will be responsible for shaping and validating the financial and strategic structure of high-value deals. Your role will involve ensuring alignment between our business goals and client expectations to drive deal success through cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Lead bid/no-bid decisions in collaboration with vertical and market teams - Analyse deal scope, client context, and competitive positioning - Shape win themes and strategic messaging with pursuit and consulting teams - Design and validate pricing models that align with client ROI and our margin goals - Integrate PCB (Project Cost Baseline) and Deal Ratio workflows - Ensure financial constructs meet internal benchmarks and approval thresholds - Prepare and present deal documentation for internal review boards - Navigate Delegation of Authority (DOA) protocols and ensure timely approvals - Maintain audit-ready records of deal decisions and financial assumptions - Coordinate across FP&A, Legal, Delivery, Procurement, and Consulting teams - Facilitate deal kick-off calls, planning sessions, and executive reviews - Ensure alignment across all functions and resolve conflicts proactively - Identify commercial risks and define mitigation strategies - Maintain deal artifacts including Business Case Analysis, Deal Summary Decks, and Qualification Checklists - Track open actions and risks using RAID logs and ensure closure before sign-off Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial strategy or related roles - Strong understanding of financial modeling and pricing strategies - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (Note: Any additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description.),
