🔸 education and skills required
:1. MBA, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related fiel
dpreferred
.2. Proven experience (15+ years) in real estate Commercial sales, with a track record o
fachieving and exceeding targets
.3. Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams in
acompetitive market
.4. Comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape in Mumbai, including marke
tdynamics, property types, and customer preferences
.5. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain clien
trelationships
.6. Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improv
