Job Description

As a Commercial Sales Professional at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in managing the full spectrum of commercial activities throughout the sales lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include independently overseeing various commercial aspects of the quotation process, analyzing prequalification documents and invitations to tender, and optimizing commercial issues such as contract analysis, business model structuring, tax concepts, and compliance. You will support the Sales team by preparing quotation calculations and commercial documentation, leading and executing the internal sales process in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, and conducting commercial contract negotiations with both internal and external customers. Additionally, you will manage order financials from bid stage to handover, ensuring accuracy in cost, pricing, and cash flow. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting commercial risks, including credit risk analysis for potential and existing customers. You will drive proactive contract and claim management in coordination with legal teams, ensuring full compliance with internal and external regulations. Your duties will also involve reviewing and vetting Bank Guarantees, facilitating their processing and issuance, as well as managing Sales Administration activities across pre- and post-sales processes.
