Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial sector.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Provide professional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and uncover new needs.

Sales Process Management

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
  • Prepare customized sales proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
