Role & responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial sector. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Provide professional customer service before, during, and after the sales process. Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and uncover new needs. Sales Process Management Deliver compelling sales presentations and product/service demonstrations. Prepare customized sales proposals, quotations, and tenders. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Preferred candidate profile
