We are a leading private limited company in India, specializing in distribuƟng and integraƟng high-

end automaƟon soluƟons. As authorized distributors and system integrators for mulƟple MNCs and

OEMs, we provide cuƫng-edge soluƟons in LighƟng Controls, Audio & Video Systems, and Home

AutomaƟon. Our clientele includes business leaders, celebriƟes, five-star hotel chains, architects,

interior designers, engineering consultants, and corporate offices.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager with a strong background in high-end

automaƟon, lighƟng, audio-video soluƟons, and other premium soluƟons for corporate sectors. The

ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, relaƟonship management, and business

development in the luxury and high-end product space.

Key ResponsibiliƟes:

1. Sales GeneraƟon & Business Development:

 Promote and sell Home AutomaƟon Products, LighƟng Controls, and Audio-Video SoluƟons

to high-end commercial clients.

 IdenƟfy and engage with potenƟal clients such as architects, electrical consultants, and

lighƟng designers.

 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

 Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless execuƟon of client requirements.

2. Client RelaƟonship Management:

 Build and maintain strong relaƟonships with high-profile clients, ensuring excellent service

delivery.

 Conduct presentaƟons and demonstraƟons tailored to client-specific needs.

3. Market Research & Industry Trends:

 Stay updated on emerging technologies, compeƟtor offerings, and industry trends.

4. CollaboraƟon & CoordinaƟon:

 Work closely with internal teams including project execuƟon, design, and procurement to

ensure smooth delivery and implementaƟon of projects.

 Coordinate with markeƟng teams for product promoƟons and business development

iniƟaƟves.

5. DocumentaƟon & ReporƟng:

 Prepare proposals, quotaƟons, and contracts as per client requirements.

 Maintain accurate records of sales acƟviƟes, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasƟng.

QualificaƟons & Experience:

 EducaƟon:

o Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

o Relevant industry experience in sales will be considered.

 Experience:

o Minimum 5 years of sales experience in High-End LighƟng, Smart Switches, Security

Devices, Audio-Visual SoluƟons, High-End Furniture, Bathroom Fiƫngs, Flooring,

or Building Management Systems (BMS).

o Experience in selling luxury, exclusive, and niche products to high-end clientele is

preferred.

 Skills & Competencies:

o Strong communicaƟon and presentaƟon skills.

o Excellent negoƟaƟon and client relaƟonship management skills.

o Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proacƟve in achieving sales targets.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits:
