Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate professional to join our team as an Assistant and Associate Director in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and commercial real estate, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in developing and implementing commercial real estate strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal teams.
Develop and manage sales pipelines to meet or exceed targets.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and commercial real estate, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, including market trends and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
