Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

As a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for providing servicing activities for low to moderately complex commercial products. Your role will involve coordinating all aspects of resolving open customer service issues and interacting with internal and external customers. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while conducting loan and regulatory diligence. Your duties will include evaluating and uploading data into the systems of record, serving as a primary liaison with various internal teams, and collaborating with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to address customer-focused needs. You will review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and devise strategies to mitigate risks. Furthermore, you will serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues, provide guidance and training to peers, and collaborate with colleagues and managers to achieve goals. You will be expected to present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Required qualifications for this role include a minimum of 2 years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Desired qualifications encompass expertise in Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing, supervisory experience, exposure to CRE, Taxes, Insurance, as well as knowledge of loan documentation, construction loan budget monitoring, and title work.
