Commercial Lines - Non Motor Claims

Key Responsibilities:

• Claim Identification & Assessment:

  Review claim and policy details upon receipt, establish contact with insured parties, and conduct video surveys to determine the cause and extent of losses.

• Policy Alignment & Documentation:

  Ensure claims adhere to policy terms and conditions, prepare documentation including Claim Notes and Repudiation Letters, and maintain detailed claim records.

• Stakeholder Coordination & Follow-Ups:

  Collaborate with NW teams, surveyors, and investigators to obtain necessary reports and documents. Maintain effective communication with insured individuals and claimants via calls and emails.

• Escalation Resolution:

  Address customer grievances with efficiency and empathy, ensuring timely resolutions and adherence to turnaround times (TAT).

• MIS Tracking & Process Optimization:

  Maintain accurate records, provide daily updates, and proactively engage underwriting, NW, and operations teams to improve claims processing and alignment.

• Roster Management:

  Ensure claims are managed efficiently and keep stakeholders engaged in the process through structured workflow management.

Technical & Behavioral Skills:

• Technical Expertise:

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for claim tracking and documentation.

• Claims Handling:

  Experience in managing non-motor claims with accuracy and compliance.

• Soft & Assertive Communication:

  Ability to engage stakeholders effectively while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
