Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow, for a Commercial Leasing Manager. The role involves managing property leasing operations, including identifying potential for retail and office space and negotiating lease agreements. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with tenants, preparing lease documents, conducting site visits, and coordinating with other departments. The Commercial Leasing Manager will also analyze market trends, strategize leasing plans, and ensure compliance with company policies. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize occupancy rates and revenue.

Qualifications

• Expertise in commercial Leasing and Market Analysis
• Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate Laws, Leasing Procedures, and Contract Management
• Ability to develop Leasing Strategies and conduct Market Research
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; additional certifications in real estate are a plus
• At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial property leasing or a related role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leasing projects simultaneously
