Commercial Executive

Commercial Executive would be expected to strengthen our backend operations, ensure smooth project execution, and support our sales and supply chain teams.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Order & Documentation

• Prepare and process sales orders, POs, invoices, delivery challans, and other commercial documentation.
• Ensure vendor registrations, client documentation, and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
• Maintain project-wise documentation for audits and client records.

Commercial Coordination

• Liaise with sales, purchase, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing.
• Follow up with clients and vendors on commercials, agreements, and payment milestones.
• Support dealer and distributor documentation as per channel policies.

Payments & Collections

• Track receivables against project and dealer orders.
• Coordinate with finance and sales teams to ensure timely collections.
• Prepare collection reports and flag delays to management.

Reporting & MIS

• Maintain commercial MIS (orders booked, invoiced, collections, pending payments).
• Generate regular reports for management on commercial status.
• Assist in costing and estimation for ongoing and new projects when required.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• B.Com or M.Com or MBA Graduate
• 2-4 years experience in commercial operations, preferably in Lighting / Building Materials / Construction.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills. Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and ERP tools.
• Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) and standard commercial practices.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Has own 2-wheeler and valid DL
