Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial sector (manufacturing, engineering, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Provide marketing and technical product support, including sample approvals for direct users and customers, to promote the Company's product range. Expedite timely payments of outstanding bills and statutory forms. Perform other tasks as assigned by the management. Record and file day-to-day sales activities in the CRM system.
