Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator Projects to join our SCM team. This role involves end-to-end tracking and coordination of project-specific supply chain activities — from schedule tracking and material procurement to logistics and supplier communication. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Schedule Management: Monitor and track project timelines. Ensure adherence to delivery schedules in coordination with project stakeholders. Communicate schedule updates or delays to customers 2. Customer Coordination: Interface with customers to align delivery timelines and milestones. Provide timely updates and resolve any schedule-related concerns. 3. Material Procurement Tracking: Ensure buyers have placed orders for materials specific to assigned projects. Follow up on procurement timelines and escalate issues as necessary 4. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturing teams/units to align production schedules with project timelines. Facilitate smooth handovers between departments to avoid delays. 5. Logistics Management: Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of consignments. Track shipments and resolve any transportation-related issues. 6. Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with external suppliers for timely material deliveries and issue resolution. Support procurement team in ensuring supplier compliance with delivery timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in supply chain coordination, project coordination, or logistics (preferably in a manufacturing or project-based environment). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and project scheduling. Proficiency in project management tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes: Experience in the lighting, electronics, or manufacturing industry. Familiarity with lean supply chain practices and vendor management. Hands-on experience coordinating with multi-location manufacturing setups.
