Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chhattisgarh, India, for a Commercial Executive. The role involves managing commercial operations, following up on business developments, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing commercial processes, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with teams to meet business objectives, and fostering positive client relationships.

• Strong skills in Following Up and ensuring completion of tasks and objectives
• Excellent Communication abilities for engaging with customers and stakeholders
• Customer Service expertise to effectively address client needs and maintain satisfaction
• Highly organized with attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferable
• Prior experience in logistics, distribution, or a related sector is a plus
