Commercial Executive

As a Commercial Executive in the Industrial Air Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in managing sales orders, processing quotations, and ensuring smooth commercial operations. Your proficiency in Odoo software will be crucial for excelling in this position. - Manage sales orders, quotations, and commercial documents accurately and efficiently - Coordinate with internal stakeholders like sales, logistics, and production teams - Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders, invoices, and credit notes - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and promotions - Analyze sales data to provide insights supporting business growth - Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders - Identify and address potential commercial risks and opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve commercial issues and enhance processes - Utilize Odoo software for managing sales orders, inventory, and customer relationships Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales support role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting - Proficiency in Odoo software with the ability to learn and adapt to new features and modules - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively - Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills - Strong attention to detail ensuring accurate records and reports maintenance The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
