Commercial Executive

You will be joining Datum Advanced Composites Private Limited as a Commercial Executive, playing a crucial role in the business by facilitating communication between Datum and its customers. Your main responsibilities will involve overseeing customer contracts, managing relationships with customers, and enhancing service delivery. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting materials resource planning to ensure the smooth availability and allocation of materials for production processes. This position will be based in the Business Support job family at Datum's Advanced Manufacturing Facility located at 523, Ratanpur, Panki, Kanpur 208020, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is a full-time and permanent role. - **Liaise between Datum and customers to ensure the effective operation of customer contracts and service agreements. - Manage and nurture customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Optimize service delivery processes to meet customer expectations and business objectives. - Support materials resource planning to ensure timely availability and proper allocation of materials for production activities.** - **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. - Proven experience in a commercial or customer-facing role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders. - Proficient in materials resource planning systems and tools. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.** Datum Advanced Composites Private Limited is a rapidly growing fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) composite manufacturing business based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
