Commercial Executive

Commercial Executive will play a key role in driving revenue through the management and execution of corporate and B2B commercial agreements. This position involves negotiating corporate rates, handling B2B pricing strategies, managing commercial contracts, and supporting overall sales and commercial growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and manage corporate rate contracts and B2B pricing deals to support business growth and profitability.
• Handle the end-to-end process of commercial agreements, including drafting, review, negotiation, and execution.
• Develop customized commercial proposals and pricing structures based on client requirements and market positioning.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on commercial strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and institutional buyers.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and client behavior to optimize commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and contract terms during all commercial dealings.
• Support the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and business pitches.
• Track and report on commercial KPIs, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with finance for credit control, payment follow-ups, and resolution of billing discrepancies.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
