Collections Support Analyst

As an Ops Sup Analyst 1 at Citi, your role involves providing operations support services such as record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, and acting as a liaison between various stakeholders. Your primary objective is to offer day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct business analysis and document the current and future state of Client Reports and Advices - Provide regular status updates to project participants and create presentations for steering committee updates - Collaborate with Legal & Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on regulatory business requirements - Act as the primary liaison between key business stakeholders and technology, recommending business priorities and advising on options, risks, costs, and delivery timelines - Create and conduct training sessions, webcast demos, write User Acceptance Test scripts, and business scenarios against specified requirements - Manage project plans and follow up across various departments, working on multiple projects in parallel - Focus on delivering regulatory client deliverables while providing an exceptional client experience Qualifications: - Previous relevant experience preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office - General knowledge of client reporting in the industry and among competitors - Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries - Proven organization and time management skills - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description offers a high-level overview of the work performed as an Ops Sup Analyst 1 at Citi.
