Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Collections Executive to manage customer payments and ensure timely collection of cash or cheques from dealers and distributors. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, honesty, and a strong sense of accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers, dealers, and distributors to collect payments (cash or cheque) as per schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of daily collections and submit reports to the Accounts/Finance department.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams to reconcile outstanding balances.
• Ensure safe handling and prompt deposit of collected cash/cheques.
• Follow up with customers for pending or delayed payments.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure regular and timely collections.
• Handle collection-related issues professionally and escalate when necessary.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 2–5 years in field collections, preferably in FMCG, distribution, or manufacturing industries.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Trustworthy, disciplined, and target-oriented.
