Job Summary

MIKE BAGS is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Electrician to oversee electrical maintenance and repair work in our factory and ensure all electrical systems are functioning efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical systems within manufacturing units and will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical problems in manufacturing machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical wiring, components, panels, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance and repair work.
• Train and guide junior electricians or helpers as needed.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly.

Key Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing/factory setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and testing equipment.
• Familiar with safety protocols and statutory compliance related to electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate should have experience of 3 to 6 years.

Salary Range 25,000 to 30,000/-
