Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Officer located in Bengaluru. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients. Day-to-day tasks include contacting clients to discuss their overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, maintaining accurate records of collection activities, and working closely with the finance and customer service teams to resolve any issues related to collections.

Debt Collection and Finance skills
Analytical Skills for assessing and resolving debt-related issues
Customer Service and Communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
Experience in financial services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
