Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Officer located in Bihar. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, analyzing financial data, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with clients. The role requires the officer to visit clients, negotiate payment plans, and ensure timely repayment of loans while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
