About the Role

Collections Executive

Only candidates who can speak Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam are eligible to apply.

Office Location: MG Road, Gurugram. (In house team)

Key Responsibilities

Make
pre-collection calls
to remind borrowers of upcoming payments.
Handle
post-collection follow-ups
for overdue or delinquent accounts.
Negotiate
payment arrangements and ensure borrower commitments are met.
Maintain
accurate records
of borrower communications and recovery efforts.
Escalate unresolved accounts
in line with company policy.
Prepare and submit
daily and weekly recovery reports
using Excel or CRM tools.
Collaborate with
credit and accounts teams
for loan status updates and borrower insights.

Requirements

Minimum
1 year of experience
in collections, preferably in
payday loans, Personal Loan, NBFC, or microfinance
sectors.
DRA certification
is preferred.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills.
Strong
negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving
abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office (especially Excel)
and CRM software.
Languages:
Ability to speak
Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam
will be an added advantage.
Patience, professionalism, and persistence
in handling customers.
