Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Tele-calling Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our continued success by effectively communicating with consumers who have past-due debts. Your responsibilities will include: Telephone Communication: Making outbound calls to debtors, evaluating patient information, and determining payment options. Negotiation Skills: Demonstrating great negotiating skills while working with patients to establish feasible payment arrangements. Quality Service: Providing a high degree of quality service, resolving payment issues, and evaluating current financial situations. Organizational Skills: Maintaining accurate collection records, overseeing adherence to debt collection laws, and planning recovery strategies. Qualifications: Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ability to work constructively with delinquent patients. Familiarity with debt collection guidelines and regulations.
