Job Description

Job Description What You Will Do: Manage an in-house tele-calling team of 25–30 members. Ensure achievement of assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Handle escalations and interact directly with high-risk customers to resolve overdue accounts. Coordinate with the Collection Manager and Bucket Manager to implement and maintain collection strategies and processes. Monitor and follow up on dialer-based call performance as needed. Ensure consistent team performance by driving call intensity, follow-ups, and timely resolution. Provide regular updates and reports on team performance and target achievement. What You Will Need to Succeed: 1 to 3 years of experience in the collections process, preferably in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech sectors. Proven experience in managing or leading a team in a high-volume call center environment. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and any regional language. Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with dialer systems and call tracking tools. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on achieving results. Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
