We are hiring for the Collections Strategy & Analytics team at EXL. The ideal candidate should have experience in Python, SQL, and analytics for secured/unsecured lending portfolios, including Personal Loans and Credit Cards.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and optimize collections strategies for retail lending portfolios.
Develop models, segmentation, and dashboards using SQL/Python.
Analyse delinquency, roll rates, flow rates, and repayment patterns.
Build automated workflows for collections performance monitoring.
Collaborate with Risk, Operations, and Product teams for strategy execution.

Required Skills:

4–10 years of experience in collections analytics or risk strategy.
Strong Python & SQL skills.
Experience in unsecured lending (PL, CC).
Strong analytical and communication abilities
