Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle renewal collections efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers.
  • Coordinate with clients to provide information related to insurance renewals and assist in resolving their queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve collection targets while ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling insurance products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating and building rapport with clients.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary) education required.
  • Proven experience in BPO operations, preferably within the insurance sector, focusing on collections and sales.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and deliver solutions professionally.
  • Prior experience in renewal collection processes will be an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good record-keeping and data management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Data Entry Accuracy: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Insurance Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
