Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Collection Officer role located in Muzaffarnagar Tehsil. The Collection Officer will be responsible for debt collection, utilizing analytical skills to assess customer situations, providing exceptional customer service, effective communication, and managing financial transactions related to collections.

Qualifications

Debt Collection and Financial Management skills
Analytical Skills for assessing customer situations
Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Finance or related field
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
