Collection Executive – SBI Dhruva (X Bucket) Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift) Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational weekly off) Job Description: We are hiring for the position of Collection Executive for the SBI Dhruva X Bucket process. The role involves outbound calling and follow-up with customers for pending payments. Key Responsibilities: Handle collection calls for SBI Dhruva (X Bucket) Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments Maintain daily reports and update payment status Adhere to compliance and quality standards Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) Minimum 6 months of experience in collections process Good communication skills Candidates proficient in Gujarati or Punjabi will be given preference (additional ₹2,000 in-hand for linguistic proficiency) Salary & Benefits: ₹16,500 In-hand Salary + CTC Additional ₹2,000 in-hand for Gujarati/Punjabi-speaking candidates Note: This is a full-time, office-based role with rotational weekly offs and a 9-hour working shift within the 8 AM to 8 PM window.
