Collection Manager - Secured Loans - Soft Bkt

As an Allocation and Portfolio Specialist, your role involves assigning portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and Field Officer (FO) availability. You are responsible for creating adequate manpower capacity for the portfolio. You will review cases with FOs and Team Leaders, and assign work based on disposition codes. Additionally, you will coordinate with agency resources to plan calls for better resolution and provide support to agencies on challenging cases. Your key responsibilities include: - Allocating receipt books and Repo kits and conducting periodic audits - Ensuring timely closure of agency billing within 60 days of the completed month - Obtaining prior approvals in repo cases and assisting agencies in managing repo-related issues - Handling collection/repo-related customer service issues and escalations - Coordinating with the legal team to initiate legal actions against chronic defaulters and collaborating with enforcement agencies in cases filed against the organization by customers/third parties - Tracking and reviewing BKT resolution with agencies and FOs - Restricting flow rates to the next BKT based on the location you are managing - Identifying and removing non-performing FOs, recruiting a fresh team, and providing training as needed - Closing CRM queries within the assigned Turnaround Time (TAT) - Responding to RCU audit queries before the TAT and implementing committed actions at the field level - Discussing receipt book discrepancies with agencies to prevent reoccurrence - Ensuring 100% utilization of Hand Held Terminals (HHT) and submitting reports to Area Collection Manager (ACM) / Regional Collection Manager (RCM) regularly - Reporting non-working HHTs to the IT team for necessary support You will play a crucial role in effectively managing portfolios, coordinating with agencies, and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines to achieve collection targets and customer satisfaction.,
