Collection Manager - Secured Loans -Soft Bkt

As a Portfolio Manager in our organization, your responsibilities will include: - Allocating portfolio to vendors based on past performance trends and field officer availability, while also ensuring adequate manpower capacity for the portfolio. - Reviewing cases with Field Officers and Team Leaders, and assigning work based on disposition codes. - Coordinating with agency resources to plan calls effectively for better case resolution, and providing necessary support to handle difficult cases. - Periodically allocating receipt books and Repo kits, and conducting audits to ensure compliance. - Ensuring timely closure of agency billing within 60 days of completing the work month. - Securing prior approvals in Repo cases and assisting agencies in managing Repo-related issues. - Managing collection/Repo-related customer service problems and escalations effectively. - Collaborating with the legal team to initiate legal actions against chronic defaulters, and interacting with enforcement agencies in cases filed against the organization. - Tracking and reviewing Bounce Back To Bucket (BKT) resolutions at agency and Field Officer levels. - Monitoring and restricting flow rates to the next BKT level in the assigned location. - Identifying and replacing non-performing Field Officers, recruiting a fresh team, and providing necessary training as needed. - Ensuring closure of CRM queries within the assigned Turnaround Time (TAT). - Addressing RCU audit queries promptly to meet TAT, and implementing committed actions at the field level. - Discussing receipt book discrepancies with agencies to prevent reoccurrence of such issues in the field. - Ensuring 100% utilization of Hand Held Terminals (HHT) and submitting reports regularly to Area Collection Manager (ACM) / Regional Collection Manager (RCM). - Reporting non-functioning HHTs to the IT team for necessary support.
