Collection Manager - Non X Flows - Housing - Collections - Indore - M.G. Road - JM

As a Collections Executive, your role revolves around achieving the collections target in your assigned area by following SOPs and legal norms. Here are the key responsibilities you will be handling: - Handle collections for the assigned area and meet collection targets on resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates (based on the bucket). - Update trail needs in the system and report to relevant stakeholders. - Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly resolving customer issues and complaints, conducting personal visits to assigned customers, applicants, co-applicants, and collateral properties. - Drive resolution through personal visits to meet the set target. - Manage trail/feedback in M Collect and monitor the Delinquency file regularly. - Ensure quick resolution of customer issues within the specified TAT to enhance customer satisfaction. - Monitor the availability of Feet on Street area-wise/bucket-wise/segment-wise and gather daily updates from all collection executives and agencies. - Collaborate with team members from various functions. - Maintain compliance with all Audit/NHB/IRB regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Additionally, the required qualification for this role is a Graduate degree.,
