Full job description Job Title: Collection Executive Location: Globina Innovative Pvt Ltd, Hosur Road, near IBIS Hotel, Vajpayee Nagar, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Employment Type: Full-time About Us Globina Innovative Pvt Ltd About the Role: We are looking for a Finance Executive- Collection who will be responsible for collecting course fees and assisting students in the EMI process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in payment collections, preferably in the EdTech or education sector. Key Responsibilities: Collect course fees from students through online or offline payment methods. Assist students with EMI applications — explaining options, gathering documents, and coordinating with loan/EMI partners. Follow up with students regarding pending payments or EMI-related queries. Maintain accurate records of all payments, EMI status, and student communication. Build positive relationships with students to ensure smooth payment and onboarding experience. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) for smooth processing. Requirements: Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in payment collection or finance support Basic understanding of EMI processes and documentation. Good communication skills in English (or local language). Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Responsible, organized, and able to manage follow-ups efficiently. Familiarity with payment gateways like Razorpay and Jodo is highly desirable. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹13,000 - ₹15000 per month Plus incentives - 2500
