📌 Job Title: Collection Officer 📍 Location: Azadpur, Delhi 🏢 Industry: NBFC & ISP (Internet Service Provider) 🕒 Experience Required: Minimum 1Years 💰 Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month 🕔 Job Type: Full-time | On-site ______________ Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and responsible Collection Officer with prior experience in collections, preferably within the NBFC or telecom/internet sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections from customers, and maintaining healthy cash flow operations. ______________ Key Responsibilities: • Follow up with customers regarding overdue bills (postpaid broadband, lease line, or EMI services). • Maintain accurate records of collections and update the system regularly. • Handle disputes or queries related to billing and collections. • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Billing) to resolve customer issues. • Ensure collection targets are achieved on a monthly basis. • Generate and share daily/weekly reports on collections and outstanding accounts. ______________ Key Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in collections (ISP/NBFC/Telecom preferred). • Strong negotiation and communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred). • Familiarity with billing systems and basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM). • Willingness to travel locally for follow-ups. • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
