Collection Associate -Secured Loans

As a Collection Manager, your role involves allocating portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and Field Officers" availability. You will be responsible for creating adequate manpower capacity for the portfolio and reviewing cases with Field Officers and Team Leaders for work assignment based on the disposition code. Your coordination with agency resources will be crucial for call planning to ensure better resolution, providing appropriate support to the agency for difficult cases, and handling collection/repo related customer service issues and escalations. Key Responsibilities: - Allocate receipt book & Repo kits and conduct periodic audits - Ensure agency billing closure within 60 days of the work completed month - Obtain prior approvals in repo cases and assist agencies in managing repo-related issues - Coordinate with the legal team to initiate legal actions against chronic defaulters and handle enforcement agency cases - Track and review BKT resolution with agencies and FOs - Restrict flow rates to the next BKT for the location you are handling - Remove non-performing FOs, recruit a fresh team, and provide necessary training - Close CRM queries within the assigned TAT - Revert RCU audit queries before TAT and implement committed actions at the field level - Discuss receipt book discrepancies with agencies to prevent reoccurrence - Ensure 100% utilization of HHT and submit reports to ACM / RCM regularly - Inform the IT team about non-working HHTs for necessary support Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-6 years of collection experience in automotive products like LMV, TW, 3W, LCV, MCV, HCV - Experience in managing collection agencies - Excellent data management skills - Ability to work as an individual performer In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, you are expected to be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve collection targets and ensure customer satisfaction.,
