Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collaborator located in Jaipur. The Collaborator will be responsible for handling multiple facets of business operations, including finance management, HR and recruitment support, administrative tasks, and digital marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operation, optimizing processes, and supporting senior management in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Finance Management and Accounting skills
• HR, Recruitment, and Administrative Support experience
• Digital Marketing and Social Media Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
• Prior experience in consulting or business support roles is a plus
