Job Description

Role Overview: You will play a key role in managing various communication technologies such as CUCM, IMP, CUC, CER, Analog/Digital Gateways, Hardware and Software media resources. Your responsibilities will include understanding and working with protocols like H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Q.SIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of UCS Servers and VMware Virtualization. Your consulting and troubleshooting skills will be crucial in dealing with Unified Collaboration solutions and voice gateways. Key Responsibilities: - Manage communication technologies including CUCM, IMP, CUC, CER, Analog/Digital Gateways - Work with protocols such as H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Q.SIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS - Understand and work with UCS Servers and VMware Virtualization - Provide consulting and troubleshooting support for Unified Collaboration solutions - Implement and migrate voice gateways Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in managing CUCM, IMP, CUC, CER, Analog/Digital Gateways - Experience with protocols like H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Q.SIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS - Basic understanding of UCS Servers and VMware Virtualization - Strong consulting and troubleshooting skills in Unified Collaboration solutions and voice gateways (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
