Role Team lead Skill – OTC brokerage payable Experience – 9-12 years (Minimum 2 yr team handling exp is must) Location – HYD/ Pune/ BLR Notice period – 0-90days job description. Ensure accurate management of daily reconciliations of brokerage trades and brokerage calculation with Hands-on experience in the process. Exception management, including timely escalation of discrepancies to appropriate stakeholders, follow up and ownership through to resolution Have required communication with Recon team for better understanding of their workflow and making reporting process more efficient Ensure all SLA/KPI as agreed with Client is met with 100% accuracy and timeliness Manage the broker relationships with timely responses to their queries and settling the outstanding brokerage within agreeable period All reports to be prepared accurately and submitted on time as per timelines agreed with client. All exceptions are tracked and escalated as per timelines agreed. EOD checklists are reviewed and saved on daily basis Ensure you are aware & trained on all activities/reports in the team with no dependency on Client and team. Zero escalations from brokers for inadequate response. Have regular interactions and review meetings with Client Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions & Ensure any and all change in the process is reported and documented. Assist TM/Management in any adhoc requests and support during their absence. Project description This project is for the markets division of one of Australia's top banks. It is a multi year program where various projects operate concurrently under the various program milestones. Luxoft executes important tasks including overseeing the design, controlling the scope and communicating the requirements from the front office to the back office. This role is required as a part of building a team to develop & manage new features for bank's in-house pricing APP with focus primarily on FX. Responsibilities You will be required to work closely with the Development Manager, the Project Manager, and a team of developers. Demonstrate a systematic and disciplined architecture, system design, and programming approach following a standard software development lifecycle. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on clear and practical documentation. Work closely with senior management, the Development Manager, the Project Manager, and a team of developers. Responsibilities 1 Trade Capture Monitoring and Trade Lifecycle Management: The ALM Middle-Officer manages the trade processing and the Amend/Cancel Ensure proper representation and integration in a timely manner of transactions in the booking systems (Sekoian-Kondor+, FXO, Calypso and Murex) Validate the trades in the booking systems (Murex, Calypso) Book events related to the trade life cycle in Sekoian and Kondor upon prior request from FOfixing, amend & cancel, buy back, calls, credit events And ensure events/trades have been properly interfaced to FXO, Murex, Calypso Back Office and accounting systems Ensure that documentation is regularly reviewed, updated and is in line with the rules defined in the Group Guidelines. 2 Controls & Reporting: Perform standardized and specific controls as per control plan and upon agreed schedule Provide standardized and specific reports as per requirement and upon agreed schedule Carry out discrepancy analysis or investigate any breaks raised by other teamsPosition Control Analysis (PCA), Intra-group reconciliations, Accounting Control Investigations, PnL, Finance Contribute to dashboards, produce Key Performance Indicators for FO and management Answer specific ad-hoc reporting requests.
