We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Sales Executive with experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, setting up appointments, and closing sales through proactive outbound calling efforts.

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up meetings.
• Promote and sell IT solutions and software services over the phone.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable IT products or services.
• Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate customer information and call outcomes.
• Follow up on leads through calls and emails until closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and IT industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT sales or cold calling, preferably in B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong phone presence and confidence in handling objections.
• Ability to understand and explain technical solutions in simple terms.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred:

• Experience in selling SaaS, IT infrastructure, or software solutions.
• Knowledge of lead generation tools or platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Exp in Middle East: Dubai /Sharjah /Abu Dabi
