Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cofounder with Investment (Optional) at Admela. The Cofounder will be responsible for business growth, strategy formulation, and oversight of operational and marketing activities. Other key responsibilities include identifying and nurturing partnerships, analyzing market trends, managing teams, and driving customer acquisition in line with our hyperlocal model. The Cofounder may optionally contribute investments to support the business expansion, though this is not a requirement.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Research skills for market analysis, strategy development, and problem-solving
• Proven Sales and Marketing expertise, with a strategic approach to customer acquisition and brand building
• Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, build partnerships, and lead teams
• Experience in e-commerce, startup environments, or hyperlocal commerce ecosystems is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote setup
• Experience in fundraising or willingness to invest in the business is an added advantage
